Resolution Update

One month in, and I'm still keeping up with my New Year's exercise regime. There have been a few dips along the way; my two days of rest lasted four days, but I didn't become disheartened, and picked up from where I left off.

The sore muscles I complained about in my earlier post are a distant memory. I have noticed a difference in muscle tone and also in my general well being. Moving around is easier too.

Taking things slowly and listening to what my body tells me has been key. Now I just have to apply these lessons to other aspects if my life.
